Love the game It’s always a challenge

I am uninstalling this game tonight because it keeps going blank and I have to restart it all the time. It’s not fun to do that. I also agree that there are words that are not words but the computer uses. The premise of this game is good but crappy maintenance makes it not worth the hassle.

You can’t change crap letters. The other player always gets the S. Seems like this game is rigged. And words accepted aren’t words sometimes. What dictionary do they use? It’s a crap shoot on the letters you get and no way to change them. Then the opponent gets beautiful letters. It’s a good game concept and lets you think a lot but when I see my opponent get the “S” I almost want to resign because they usually win and not by skill. Just luck.

Yes, I absolutely mean it! Wordox is the best word game in my opinion, and I’ve played so many of them for about 8 years now. It’s a fun and challenging game in so many ways, and the game developers and maintainers are always updating and maintaining the game to run smoothly. I am definitely addicted to Wordox but find it’s a good addiction that helps keep my mind fresh. Great game! Come on let’s play!!! Fred

I’m constantly getting kicked out of this game, losing jokers and games. Now it says I need to download the updated version of the game, but it won’t let me update. Frustrating!

When I had to change to google or Apple, I lost all my coins and jokers!! And now I get a message to update the game and when I do, it says open! Doesn’t give me the option to update! 😡

When they switched to no Facebook login, they required everyone to go over to Apple ID of Google. I switched to Apple ID, I lost the ad free that I paid for, and had to buy it again. No restore for free, like there usually is. I lost all my games and Wordox friends. I had one friend that I’d been playing constantly with for about 2-3 years. I now have no way of finding them again. I lost my stats. I lost all the jokers I had bought, and all my coins. I’ve repeatedly contacted support and not gotten a single response.

I haven’t played this game in a while, it I loved it and would have rated it 5 but can’t now, since I can’t even load the game. Can you help me please?

Way to many ads. And long ads. I put my iPad down til ads are done. Ad way to long. When they are that long it takes away from game

Why am I not getting jokers when I watch the ads?

It’s good, but boy, when it’s not, it’s maddening. I need some help currently but know it’s useless.

I like this better than Words with Friends but would like access to dictionary

Downloaded the game. The letter tiles wouldn’t move no matter what I did to them.

Customer service is terrible, you are not getting Any answers from Humans! I don’t know how many $$$ they have taken from me! If you don’t play within they say 24 hr period they delete your game and the other player wins the Coins and o play 3000 and 6000 coin games which are Probably their Robots! I play every day and more then once, this is so unfair and shouldn’t be allowed to do this... Say if a person was sick or could not play for some reason especially now what’s gonna on! I don’t think this is legal either that that steal your Coins 😡 Just happened to me again today, I started 2 3000 coin games and they deleted them and the Probably their Robots got my Coins 😡 I played yesterday and last night and never any proof what time the game started or ended 😡

Been playing this game for a long time and I enjoy it. There are a whole lot of cheaters unfortunately. Yesterday it froze, I tried everything to get it going again and could not and today the same thing. I am losing my open games because I can’t play them. Please fix it.

Love the game. I’ve been playing it for years. Just play with family and friends. Especially my older sister, it keeps your mind thinking. Addicting and challenging .

Ive really enjoyed playing this game, for several years now! More challenging than most & I like the “give & take” of points, it can really make the game swing in a different direction, if placed in tactically proper placements!

Was ok a few years ago but now that there is money involved and bots and fake words... it’s another scam.. just not worth your time.

I love the game and would’ve given 5 stars but for the fact once your friends you can only get 300 coins. Which seems unfair to me.

It takes support five days to respond and then it doesn’t even answer your question just sends a support answer which I can look up myself. Had a question about a word that was denied and is in the dictionary and they send me a list of 3 letter words which is great but then It isn’t even a complete list. I love this game but this is ridiculous and don’t get me started on the game pairing. I keep getting stars and super stars I the pairing needs to be more fair. Not just whoever starts a game.

You play with bots ....They make sure bots are beating you so that you keep playing...Scamming game....The words used aren’t found in any English dictionary....Worthless

I paid the $7 for no ads. Now I'm getting not just little quick ads but 30 second ads and it forces you to play them. The ad pauses if you try leaving it playing it in the background.

DO NOT waste your coins, your time and your effort to play the Cup Challenges or any bets higher than 2000 coins, your chance of winning there is nearly zero. First of all they words or letter combinations that do not exist and than refer to a dictionary that does not exist. Their dictionary is misleading, fake and just a make up of random BS that does not make any sense. All they do is cheating you of your coins and pairing you with robots or at the last minute you have mysterious people popping up with insane amounts of winnings that weren’t even in the initial group of players that play the tournament. Nearly every opponent with an “S” rating and who's identity shows “This account is private” is a robot !!! They just use pictures from people that probably don’t even know their pictures are displayed in this game. Using someone else’s identity, I curious if that is even legal practice? If I could you would not even get one star.

The game is rigged. Your opponents are robots 90% of the time, and they get the letters they need to make words which no other word game would accept. Anytime you complain, you get an automated message. Very deceptive and no customer support.

Played this for 3 years. Same players. Game locked up and deleted. All my coins, tokens, players, no ads, username ALL DELETED!! Contacted support. Takes them DAYS to respond. Response is always no help and some canned generic response that doesn’t answer my questions or solve my problem.

I really like this game but lately I’ve had it lock up a lot and I had to delete it and reinstall from cloud. This has not happened in the past.

Lost my entire account after years of playing! Signed up as guest, still cant play, contacted customer service and surprise surprise no reply! Huge joke!

Ever since I’ve upgraded the game has frozen and I have not been able to play for this whole week. Now what’s the problem!!!

Even the new update does not work. Still hangin up after new update on 9/12/18. Even after deleting and reinstalling. May just will delete all together. I even sent a email to developer no response.

Have to uninstall and reinstall if I want to play. This only works for one turn. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall all over again. I tried as a guest and using my Facebook acct but I had the same issues. Please fix it!

I loved Wordox, played it all the time. First they had the robots, finally got rid of them, now the game freezes up daily and I have to delete it and re download. What is going on?

This game keeps locking up and I can get no answer from the customer service. I want my money back

For the last two weeks this game freezes as soon as I open it. Causing me to lose games because the time runs out. I wrote a report about every two days but nothing happens. I have to delete the game and reinstall and then it’s only good for one play. This has been my favorite game and I am so disgusted!!!

I have played this game daily for years and the past several days it freezes where I have to delete and re-install it. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!

If you like scrabble you will love this game. It is more challenging and fun.

This is been going on for over a week. Not sure why it keeps freezing up and I have to constantly delete the app and then reinstall the app at least once a day if not more. Please get this fixed. It’s annoying and people are leaving because of it. It’s a great game but when this continues it’s hard to figure out whether I’ll even keep playing?

Lost all my progress, all my jokers, all my points and my PAID/AD-FREE account. Tried to login with fb but get error message stating that I’ve already logged in with fb. C’Mon!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been playing this game for a long time. It’s been one of my favorites. However, over the last week, it keeps freezing on me mid-game. Then I lose because I’m unable to move in the allotted time. I’ve deleted the game several times from my phone and reinstalled but to no avail. Please have this problem fixed.

Now it’s just irritating. The app has frozen up daily for more than a week now. Only solution I’ve found that works is to delete the app from my phone, reboot my phone, go to the App Store, download it all over again, sign in AGAIN, and then play for awhile. It will inevitably freeze up again, making me jump through all the hoops if I want to play again. I plan to wrap up the handful of boards that I’m still playing — I play daily — and stop playing entirely the next time it freezes up. After two years of daily Wordox, enough is enough. Not once has a human being acknowledged any of my word suggestions, nor has a human ever responded to my trouble reports.

Received 2 updates today. They did not load and my game is still frozen. I am receiving alerts reminding me to play. The lower advert crawl is blank. Thanks for the effort! Can’t wait to resume play of WordOx!
